When you're travelling the highways in Montreal, just like in Toronto, they have periodic electronic road signs telling you how traffic is moving, or if it's not and why..but of course, in French. Sometimes this can be a bit of a puzzle to figure out, for an Anglo-Ontario mind like myself.
That all being said, to convey that traffic flow is normal and moving, isn't it a lot cooler to say, as they do on these signs.."circulation fluide"?
